Summary0020921: Ratings can't be edited in-place when it exceeds column width
Description1) When you tab into Ratings, the value 5 stars is shown, but opens a second line, can't mouse select on second line. Instead it should open on a single line like Title does when it exceeds available column width.

2) When mouse over Rating when Rating exceeds column width, there is no way to select the cut-off rating value. Like 1 it should open in edit mode on a single line showing full 5 stars.

Tested 3521.
a) When tabbing to the ratings column for in-place edits, this issue seems to be solved: MM shifts the view so that the ratings are editable.
b) for editing ratings in place via mouse hover, it still fails whenever a tooltip appears (which is the case any time the rating is greater than the amount of space allocated to the ratings column). Possible solution: make the 'tooltip' editable? OR, in such cases, make the tooltip appear above the rating so as not to disable hover/edit functionality.
