Summary	0020638: Date = criterion in auto-playlists editor should give all files from specified year
Description	Let say that I have album with a date 1973-03-01. If I enter a criterion Date = 1973 in the auto-playlist editor, that album will not be returned in result. The same happens with Date <= 1973. I will get the mentioned album only with Date >= 1973 or something like Date between (1973-01-01;1973-12-31).
