Summary | 0020416: MMA WiFi sync fail with timeouts when MM5 stalls on sending data
Description | MMA WiFi sync fail with timeouts Log ID BLHV8EFJCA from 0020412 when MM5 stalls on sending data and completely stops responding to MMA calls. Additional MM5 Logs from 0020412 should reveal exact point where MMA <-> MM5 stopped communicating sync status and why. Especially as MMA pings MM5 server IP to check Server availability and re request continuation. Expected behavior would be that MMA throw MM5 error on Sync fail in this case "Not enough free space on server to parse converted track.". This is especially important in case MM5 is installed and started as Service where user interaction on MM5 is not possible. NOTE: this should be handled alongside 0020415 in MM5

The idea (to not break compatibility with older MMA): MMA already see the file conversion progress, if the conversion progress is still the same for e.g. one minute then MMA could show a warning like: "Conversion of file %s is stalling, check free space in the temporary directory on the server" |
