Summary	0020350: Sub-menus sometimes are not removed and overlapps others
Description	Sometimes a sub-menu stays visible while hovering another menu or sub-menu, which causes overlapped menus. The screenshot shows the Visualization menu overlapping the Skin menu, both displayed at the same time.

zvezdan 2023-12-10 18:49 updater ~0073771	I don't know if this is related, but I noted that the appearance of sub-menus in standard Windows programs (including MM4 and Chrome) has a delay after hovering the menu item, approx 500 ms, while the sub-menus in MM5 appear immediately.

rusty 2023-12-14 23:32 administrator ~0073821	Peke, please triage this when you review 0019699. I suspect that the root cause is the same even though this is for menus and 0019699 is for context menus. In either case, I can't replicate.
