Summary	0002003: Deletion of all tracks should result in deletion of folder
Description	If the user deletes all the tracks in a directory, MM should (optionally) delete the directory to prevent the many orphaned directories that MM currently leaves behind. This could work in the same manner as implemented for 1704. i.e. MM checks for buddy files, and gives the user the option to delete them AND mm gives user checkbox to '[ ] Delete empty folders'.
