Summary	0001941: Unnecessary plus signs shown for many nodes
Description	As discussed earlier, there are plus signs shown for many nodes uncessarily - both in main window and device synchronization window.

jiri 2005-07-01 15:54 administrator ~0005652	Fixed in build 885. - These pluses were removed from Playlist, Artists and Library nodes. For Library nodes also 'All' node for the top level folders was removed so that more '+' signs could be removed.
