Summary0001916: Add more documentation re. first time iPod setup
DescriptionInformation along the following lines needs to be added (see below).

In addition, the docs need to clarify:
-Whether iTunes & MM can co-exist (i.e. does synching/manually synching via iTunes cause problems for MM or vice versa)
-Does synching DRM protected tracks with iTunes cause problems?
-Does synching non-DRM protected AAC tracks with iTunes cause problems?

------------------------

To use your iPod with MediaMonkey, you'll first have to make it work as a external USB Mass Storage device. You can do so by making the following changes in iTunes:
-Click Edit | Preferences | iPod | General
-Disable 'Open iTunes when this iPod is attached'
-Enable 'Enable disk use

Then start MediaMonkey and connect your iPod --> iPod icon will appear in the tree to indicate that it is 'mounted'.

If your iPod already has content on it, it is recommended that you delete existing content so that future synchronization works correctly. You can do this by:
-In MediaMonkey, manually delete all MP3 Files from iPod_Control directory (important because AAC isn't yet supported in MediaMonkey)
-After you're done, click the Synchronize button in in MediaMonkey

Note: If an 'AutoPlay' dialog appears whenever you connect your iPod, there's a registry setting for 'Enable AutoPlay for removable drives' that should be disabled. You can do so using Tweak UI.

---------

Note: what's new should be updated with ' - Added support for UTF-16 to iPod plugin (used in iTunes 4.8)
