I think it is up to user to set up the font size and resolution. I am not sure what solution are you suggesting? |

The Properties window should not render taller than the screen size available. So in this case it should render with a vertical scrollbar to fit all content, but the window itself no larger than from the top of the screen to the top of the Windows Taskbar. |
