| Summary | 0018378: MediaMonkey quick settings player controls should work by default | ||||
| Description | Most users of Android 11+ would expect that MediaMonkey would automatically integrate with the Quick Settings Media Player, however, in a clean install of MMA 1.x, 'Playback notification' defaults to the notifications drawer in 'small' text. MMA should minimally use default to 'system' if Android 11+ is intalled and the Quick Settings player is enabled. But this doesn't help existing users. A possible alternative approach that could also help existing users would be to make the settings more automated for Android 11+ users. i.e.: - if the Quick Settings Media Player is enabled, then MMA should automatically use it - if the Quick Settings Media Player is disabled, then MMA should allow the user to switch between large and small text for the notifications drawer | ||||
