Summary	0001763: Clipping in MP3 tracks causes the track to skip to the end
Description	As per an e-mail that I sent containing sample files, when the user attempts to play a track that has some kind of defect (I'm not sure what the defect is), it plays well in Winamp, but in MM at the point of the defect, the it skips until the end of the track. note: for both tracks it occurs within 3 minutes of starting the track.
