Summary	0017614: DB: Add Cleanup schedule and manual cleanup option of cached files
Description	We should consider adding cleanup schedule on temp and converted folders in order to cleanup some space and lower memory utilization that can build overtime. As user reported "portable/temp/thumbs folder got about 800MB of jpg thumbnails." and cleanup will force recreating cache and till cache is build up MM5 will be little slower. On my PC with clean portable install only scrolling is speed is bit lagging, but not unresponsive and caching quickly catch up if you leave MM idle for a while. Also user selections and normal usage looks like have priority and it is fast.
