| Description | [EDIT by Rusty] Adding high-level description. There have been numerous complaints that MM5 doesn't possess a tool to quickly: - Add track(s) to multiple playlists - Remove a track from multiple playlists MM4 had the facility to do this via an addon by eepman, but this hasn't yet been ported to MM5 (though the code is available for us to use, if desired). [Original Entry by Peke follows] 1. Adding ability to always have "List (playlists)" and "Playlist Panel" Inside Main UI panel within layout instead of just in Playlists would gradually improve how user can add tracks to playlists. Especially in Touch Mode. For later versions: 2. Add check marks so that when user select track in browser playlists where that track exist is check marked 3. Add check marks so that when user select track and checkmark playlist it will be auto added as last track and if playlist panel is enabled he can also directly change order without leaving current browser view. | ||||

Let's see if eepman decides to port his/her addon to MM5. This is a very specific usecase that probably applies to a limited segment of users. |

I was thinking To make tree (playlist) as visible element in all library tree nodes in order to make things easy when adding tracks to Playlists by drag and drop. that can also involve adding to multiple playlists by check mark natively if no plugin for MM5 was made image.png (68,744 bytes) |
