Summary	0017528: Edit playlist is not available in some cases
Description	Disabling Info Panel in Playlists, removes Edit option from Playlist view and only way to edit Playlist is to right click on Tree node -> Edit. 1. I would Add Edit Playlist icon along with New Playlist and New Auto Playlist icon 2. I would Add Edit playlist also in context menu
