Summary0017219: Blocked connection dialog is shown before user even accepts the import settings from MM4 dialog
Description1) Install MM5 to a new location as portable install
2) The dialog to import settings from MM4 is shown
3) Don't respond the dialog and wait several seconds

I found that this "blocked some features" dialog is shown because MM5 tries to enamureate available UPnP/DLNA servers to find whether MMS is running (to init its profile and show the "MMS detected dialog").
But all this should be done after MM start and after the First Time Welcome wizard is closed!

Test note: MM will show the UAC dialog at first (after closing the first time welcome wizard) to create the auto-conf MM firewall rules to supress the " Windows Defender Fireawall blocked connection" dialog.
And only if the UAC dialog is canceled then the "Windows Defender Fireawall blocked connection" is shown.
