Summary	0001697: Removal of image from all tracks doesn't delete the image
Description	If the user removes the image from all tracks that link to it, it isn't deleted. The net effect is that if the user rescans the directory, the image is added back! If the user performs an operation that causes the image to not be linked to any tracks in the directory within which it appears, it should be deleted (or if you're worried about this, the user can be asked if it should be deleted).
