Summary0016948: Playback issues with the quicksettings player (Android 11)
DescriptionAndroid 11 has a player control that appears below the quicksettings screen whenever MM isn't running. If the user attempts to initiate playback via this player, playback starts and then stops.

1 Run MMA
2 Initiate playback
3 Close MMA (allowing playback to continue in the background)
4 Pull down the notifications drawer
--> MediaMonkey appears with Media Controls (Back, Play/Pause, Next) / Output controls (these generally work correctly)
5 Bring MMA into focus, Pause playback, and terminate MMA
6 After a few minutes, pull down the notifications drawer
--> Player doesn't appear (as expected, because it isn't active)
7 Pull down the quicksettings menu
--> Player appears, showing the last played song. The state of the player can be either
a) only displaying the 'Play' button (if the MMA process has completely terminated--I believe that this is a function of how much time has elapsed since MMA was closed)
b) displaying the 'Play', 'Back', 'Next', 'Stop' buttons (if the MMA process hasn't completely terminated). If this is the case, press the 'Stop' button causing case a) to result.
8 Press the 'Play' button
--> Play starts and then stops after half a second!!
9 Launch MM and generate debug log: ZK95ZQR4N5

Note: this bug occurs whenever case 7a) arises (i.e. when the Quicksettings player displays with only the 'Play' button).
