Summary	0016739: Background resources: Allow users to configure Performance during install or first start
Description	It could be useful to create Install/Setup page here user can tweak MM performance of background tasks and in future other options. I would add Additional Start wizard page where user can set percentage or simply copy Performance options page and add some info on selection.

rusty 2021-04-29 19:26 administrator ~0063005	Adding more technical config issues to the installer isn't a desireable approach. An install Wizard should be simple and absent of complex configuration. If MM isn't performing correctly in specific scenarios, then we should document those issues and solve the bottlenecks.
