Could you please generate also standard debug log using DbgView, the freeze log does not give me enough info why this is happening.
Mostly part of the debug log is seen within ELF, but not in case of 62AB5A17 unfortunatelly |

I seems to be a freeze in libcef.dll somehow caused by two instances of MM5 running simultaneously (the previous instance has failed to terminated correctly due to 0016706 )
So please re-test once 0016706 is fixed.

62ABD54F does not give us enough info why the freeze happened unfortunately.
Could you please generate one more crash log while also catching this in a video so that I can see the UI interaction that could give us a clue (or some steps to replicate)?

Thanks, the video helped much as it is clearly shown that it is caused by 0016706
i.e. at 0:40 on the video you clicked [Restart] after installation of a new Codec Pack addon, but the old instance fails to close and the new instance freezes (most probably because of the failed closing of the previous instance).
Assigned to Petr, as I believe that fixing 0016706 fixes also this issue.
