It's not checked the next time you use Auto-Organize Files. Note that the confirmation to move extra files (like log, m3u, etc.) is also not shown when using Auto-Organize Files (like it was in MM4). |

Clean install exhibits the same. 1) Start Tools > Auto-Organize Files 2) Enable Delete Emptied Folders 3) Run Auto-Organize Files 4) Open Auto-Organize Files again Expect the Delete Emptied Folders to remain checked. However it's disabled. |
