Summary	0015545: Conversion to AAC ABR is limited to Max of 152 kbps
Description	When users convert to M4A or MP4 using AAC and ABR settings, the highest bitrate possible is 152 kbps! Note: this applies to MM5 as well.

michal 2019-04-10 10:57 developer ~0053174	It is limitation of AAC encoder we use, from the very beginning. For possible higher bit-rates user need to use VBR.
