4) you are true that if menu bar is enabled -- it cannot be no longer clicked in party Mode (2148) - caused by Petr's SVN revision 32728
=> Fixed in 2149

3. Are you using Windows Classic skin in win 7 and do you have any additional buttons in title bar (TeamViewer)?

OK, does not seem to be related to Party Mode (as the screening is not from Party Mode) .
Assigned to Petr to look into the window issue.
