| Summary | 0001531: Ability to play internet-based audio (streams) | ||||
| Description | As discussed with Lowlander, MM should be able to: - Play songs with web location. - Play playlists with web location. - Show tracks that play from web location. Per discussion with Jiri, this is also related to 0000182 as the user should be able to configure _how_ the stream should play: a) via a new player (i.e. no modification to Now Playing) b) via the existing player (i.e. update the existing Now Playing list) Although I didn't mention this in our discussion, my feeling is that since .m3u files need to be supported, it probably wouldn't make sense to open a player without a Now Playing window--i.e. if we do think that another player should open, then, perhaps, it should be another instance of MediaMonkey.
