| Description | Some devices on network do not play. During this remote session out of several Devices on LAN only SC-71 fail. After Restart some other do not play. Changing IP of Device helps sometimes, but not this time. WMP and Local (on same PC) DLNA Players work, but not SC-71. Logs are attached with Ticket. | ||||

Info from XYK-295-22747: Pavle tried in remote session to play on several devices but SC-71 Always fail where VSX device works and server is browsable over MMA from phone. Sometimes it helps to change device IP but it is temporal. |

Seems related to TRD-498-75405 -- where user cannot play even from the WMP (seeing "Unexpected device error"...) -- seems to be an issue with Pioneer. |

User from ticket XYK-295-22747 with SC-71 resolved the issue by restarting his router. |

THX, Closing. Software restart wasn't working so he pulled the plug to do a cold restart. |
