Summary	0015275: On clean install of MM Portable, there's no prompt to import MM4 data/settings (regression 2144)
Description	0 Install MM 4 'normal' with a populated DB 1 Install MM 5.0.2144 to a different directory in portable mode and run --> no prompt to import data/settings from MM 4!!
