These crashes are the "Cover tag index out of bounds (0/0)" assertions that I have fixed yesterday by SVN revision 32592 (MM5: Fixed possible crash 9DE27918)

This can happen upon syncing tracks from from MM5 to MMS for tracks that has some cover deadlinks in the database.
e.g. covers that are in the database table covers, but no longer presented in the file tag itself.
That is the reason why it was reproducible only by Peke. The reason why Peke wasn't seeing this with 2135 is that he already restarted MM5 and the tracks were already synced to MMS. Otherwise the same would appear with 2135 too.

Unable to replicate. Tried all possible cases and stress test (quick changing/navigation) thru noted bugs for an 1h no crashes.
