[ 1. ] Art And details
1. Enable Metadata lookup -> Album art (disable Update Tags)
2. Browse Albums and let MM5 find some Album arts
3. Open Album Details (Double Click)
4. Play any track from Album and Art and details (Layout Advanced) shows Album art and allow user to save it in tag (Pic1 attached)
5. Disable Metadata lookup -> Album art (disable Update Tags)
6. Play any track from Album and Art and details (Layout Advanced) do not show Album art and allow user to save it in tag (Pic2 attached)

[ 2. ] Popup always shows No album art when Play few tracks that have album art looked up and cached, but not saved to tags it always shows No Album art image where it should show Cached Lookup Result (Pic3 Attached)

 2. Verified 2124 (eg. it works even Fix for point 1. fail in 2124)

Re open:
1. Still fail for Side by side layout after track is changed. (Steps play track -> Switch to side by side -> Press Next Track -> Press Prev Track and AA is lost)

3. It flicker on Track Change as it resets to No Album Art and then reload Cached Image, It should be optimized to reset only if AA Image ID is changed (eg. Album change for playing track). STEPS Add several tracks from Same album that have correct looked pics and that previously had no artwork

 Re-opened, the fix introduced a regression in the 'Side by side' layout :
The Images menu no longer works and always the first image is shown despite the selected image:
