Description	LXW-727-99511 Record a list of unplayable tracks to have possibility encode them to the supported format.

Such Tracks list should be synced back MM for corruption error checking (MM5 should have better detection for such tracks) 2a. Sync profile should be capable to exclude those tracks from sync back in case they are deleted on device
