Summary	0014035: MM should show Parent Playlist(s) will be synced because Child Playlist is selected
Description	Currently MediaMonkey syncs Parent Playlists when a Child Playlist is selected. This however isn't visually indicated to the user.
Steps To Reproduce	Maybe a greyed out checkmark should be shown. User should still be able to click on it to select all/unselect all Child Playlists. The behavior to sync Parent Playlist should be reviewed for non-nested syncs (only MMA supports this). It isn't necessary for any other devices.
