Summary	0013959: Options: add option to disable remove silence
Description	We should add option to disable remove silence in MMA as some file types like audio books and language lessons have silence put for a purpose.

martin 2019-11-11 15:30 developer ~0055309	No Android API for that. I guess this can be done by some NDK library. Let's mark the target version as 2.2, will be specified later.
