	Solving via UXM-368-15866 It was an issue with Apple File transfer service. Further findings shown that it wasn't a crash, but it eventually took several minutes before the user's iPhone was shown in MM interface. The last user's words: "Since my last message it has got much better. It recognises the iphone within a few seconds, and the delay in syncing has stopped. A bit of a mystery as nothing has changed since it was taking 4 mins to see it - however, thank you for you help, I think you can say this ticket is closed!"  |
