| Summary | 0013654: iPods: MM automatically sets default action to "Sync with MM" even when user selected "Ask me everytime" | ||||
| Description | I noticed that MM always auto-starts upon connecting my iPod. I wanted to change this - changed it to "Ask me everytime" and saved - connected my iPod again and MM started again! - the only workaround is to change the setting to "Take no action" I guess that MM should respect the "Ask me everytime" option | ||||

Resolved as not fixable. It seems to be Windows 7 issue. The issue is that if there is only single handler (Sync device using MM) then Windows auto-selects the handler without asking what to do, simply because there isn't another option to select. So workaround is to change it to "Take no action" |
