Summary0012820: StorageInfo.xml is created even if the device has not been ever synced
DescriptionSome users don't like that upon connecting a device (or SD card), MM creates /MediaMonkey/StorageInfo.xml file.

It seems that we should behave more like WMP and create the file on first sync (not on connecting).
