| Description | Normally, when the user has to select an item from a dropdown list, they'll click the down arrow to view the possible entries. Currently, the ratings dropdown doesn't work with a down-arrow (because 'Unknown' is at the bottom of the list). I would suggest moving 'Unknown' to the top of the list. | ||||
| Additional Information | Note: we previously changed the order of the ratings so that they appear highest to lowest. Please don't change this--the current order is good--it's just a matter of moving 'unknown'. | ||||
