DescriptionThere have been complaints re. the resolution of MMA icons on some new devices. e.g.:

OPPO N1: icons are low resolution. Artwork is low resolution.

Galaxy Note 4: The MediaMonkey icon in the notification tray is miniature-sized (smaller than a pin head) on my Note 4.

I think that this is caused by missing graphics in xxhdpi and xxxhdpi resolutions.
