Description	Playlist are not new. They are already in MMW but they were just removed from synclist.

marek 2013-07-24 14:43 developer ~0036965	Fixed in build 152 Playlists that were at least once synchronized are never suggested for uploading as new playlists from MMA to MMW. They can be only updated from MMA to MMW (when they are present on synclist).
