Summary	0011094: ISDBApplicationEvents::OnPlaylistRenamed and ISDBApplicationEvents::OnPlaylistMoved events needed
Description	It would be nice if you add those events so that we could be informed when the playlist name is changed and when some playlist is moved, i.e. changed its parent, by user or some another script. Such events should have the Playlist object as an argument. Alternatively, you could fire OnPlaylistRemoved and OnPlaylistAdded events in such occasions, but I think that such solution would be worse.
