Summary	0011065: Device name chars are sometimes encoded incorrectly
Description	I could not replicate this, but Marek can, for his Galaxy S2 the device name includes broken characters, see attached image. They are in UTF-8 encoded form for some reason

Ludek 2013-07-16 10:49 developer ~0036866	Further analyze shown that this happens once MMA sends modified device settings XML to MMW. MMW forgets to convert it from UTF-8
