Summary0008766: Improve Art Browser image quality
DescriptionIn MM 4.0, image quality in the art browser was compromised for time/performance reasons.

For MM 4.0.1, as discussed with with Jiri/Petr, the quality will be improved, with probably only a negligible impact on speed.

Art Browser image quality is improved over 4.0 on 1460, but still lacks sharpness when made very large.

It's really hard to make something better with that as it's using thumbs generated for AA view which is 160x160 (texture for Art Browser is 256x256 now).

Maybe up to x height it could use thumbnails and beyond x height it uses original art files? Or there is a user option where users can choose between thumbnails (faster) and original art (slower).
Especially in a more media center centric setup and even more with movies the art quality is important in the Art Browser.
