MM actually can scroll slowly both up and down. The problem, though, is that the cursor position which triggers slow scrolling is above the bottom of the tracklist (could be skin dependent?). |

MM can scroll slowly when mouse is hover first/last row in tracklist so i think it's consistent (slow scrolling up and down work same). Windows notepad work similar. |

Just retested with 1281 and it is better, althru mouse gestures on down scroll can react strange when Horizontal Bar Is present where that is no case with Scroll Up. |
