| Description | As reported at https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=105594 , the 'Original Title' field is misleading since the tags that are written for this field are often intended to represent the Original Album Title. See: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/WebHelp:About_Track_Properties/5.0 As described originally at https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=5431 , this approach was taken because: - the original tags could be interpreted as referring to original title or original album title - 'Original album/title' is too long - Original title could ambiguously refer to album title or title But as indicated by the user, this approach is confusing/misleading when it comes to music. Possible solutions: 1) Use 'Original Title' for Type: Movie, TV, or Video and 'Original Album' for all other cases (using the same approach as MM uses for Podcasts--where the field name changes based on Type). 2) Change 'Original title' to 'Original album' 3) Add a tooltip indicating 'Original title / album' | ||||
