Summary	0009344: Autoplay for USBMS/MTP devices
Description	MM has a autoplay for synch devices, but there are several deficiencies: 1) The functionality doesn't work for USB MS devices (it only functions for MTP devices) 2) The functionality opens the 'old style' modal device configuration dialog instead of the main panel / highlighting the device node. 3) The current wording used is 'sync' even though the actual action is to 'Open in'. With that in mind, the string should be changed to: 'Open' Using <short program name> Note: -afaik, there is no 'Open string' as of yet, though a 'Play' string exists and could be used instead for now if this is urgent. -'using <product name>' exists (or is part of Windows?)

So currently there will be "Sync device" string as auto-play action when device is connected. I could change the string to "launch music.jp play" for Mambo, but then the string wouldn't be localized?

rusty 2012-06-07 16:00 administrator ~0031317	Further discussion reveals that the issue is a bit more complicated and is composed of several items, most of which will be resolved for 4.1 (excepting branding changes described in 0009419).
