Summary	0009313: D&D in Playlists works strangely
Description	There seems to be a regression, I think that this used to work smoothly, but now it doesn't. 1. While dragging, some strange things occur, e.g. it isn't possible to drop between some tracks. 2. After dropping, sometimes track is dropped to another place than previously indicated during dragging.
