Summary0007419: Eject button/option is missing for USB MS devices
DescriptionIf the user syncs a USB MS device, there is:
- no button in the tree to eject the device
- no option menu in the device's context menu to eject the device
- no button in the context-sensitive toolbar (main toolbar) to eject the device (when the device is selected)

Note: tested with USB MS device (the issue doesn't occur with the iPod plugin). Re. USB MS devices that are using the MTP plugin, it would be good if the plugin would detect that it's a USB MS device so that the user had a way of ejecting it.

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem, all the devices have properly working Eject button. Tested with:
 - Google Nexus One
 - Sansa e250
 - a card reader

Tested this again with build 1350, and I can easily reproduce it with a USB key. Image attached.

Note also, I tried to generate a debug log and found that strangely:
1) When the USB device was plugged in, it wasn't recognized
2) It was only recognized after I went to the options panel, and clicked 'OK' on the device plugin panel
3) The wrong plugin was used (i.e. the USB MS plugin should have been used, but instead a disabled plugin was used).
This may be a separate bug OR might be the root cause of the issue originally reported...
