Summary	0006603: Strange behavior for panels in main tracklist
Description	Left/right borders are missing for panels in main tracklist until loading another skin and then reloading the first one. (See attached images)

~~stephen_platt~~ 2010-11-13 15:13 developer ~0021336	tested this in MM3 with the same skin and it doesn't behave this way, the left/right borders show without needed to change the skin first
