Summary0006146: MM modal dialog focus problems (regression)
DescriptionWhenever a MediaMonkey modal dialog is opened, it can get hidden behind the main window, rendering MediaMonkey unresponsive. This is new to build 1285.

Similarly, using ALT-TAB to access MediaMonkey won't show the application.

It can be reproduced as follows:
1 Click Tools > Options
2 Open browser window
3 Press MM icon in the taskbar
-->MM appears, but the Options dialog is hidden, so any user input has no effect!

1 Click Tools > Options
2 Press ALT-TAB until MediaMonkey comes up in the ALT-TAB Window
-->MediaMonkey application is blank!

I have been seeing this for a few builds, not sure how many.
This just happens to be the first time I thought to log it to the forum.

The first issue (dialog hidden behind main screen) is definitely fixed with 1286.

The second issue. Alt-tab showing blank screen for MM still exists with 1286 on Vista.

Sorry to keep re-opening this, but...

The Vista taskbar preview shows the white MM page. Alt-Tab fine now with 1287.

Verified in build 1288.
 - Note that the preview is still white in case MM is minimized. It has always been the case on Vista, due to some technical limitations. It will possibly be fixed in MM 4.0, but it doesn't seem to be too important anyway, since it works well in Win 7.
