Fixed in build 1300.
Merged in build 1257.

The problem was caused by "_PMX" chunk (added by some Adobe program) in the source wav file, f_wave plugin didn't support chunks with "_" in its name and considered it to be part of incorrectly sized sound stream data.

Will a track with this problem be fixed after editing it with this new build?

Unfortunately not, the metadata (following _PMX) became the final part of the data stream. The "pop" can be removed in any sound editing software, just by cutting approx. the last 1ms of the sound stream.
