Summary0005366: No way to save Artwork for CDs saved to the library
DescriptionIf the user saves a CD to the Library, then there's no way to add artwork (because of the fact that we've eliminated the ability to save art to any location other than the directory containing the track).

There should be a default location for artwork for CDs so that it's possible to save artwork for them.

 As discussed over IM, we probably could present user a different mask, something like: C:\..\My Music\Artwork\<Artist> - <Album>.jpg in case tracks are from a CD and the current mask otherwise.
