Uinstalled and reinstalled media monkey, and it seems to be working fine now for him.

Btw. Primo has confirmed that they will release a new version on 06-OCT-2008. Among other things it also fixes a few device enumeration issues including also the one reported in 0003887. I guess we could try to update and see whether it also solves this issue.

The last reported occurrence of this issue is in 2009, so I believe it has been fixed.
