Summary	0002111: An option to not show some devices in tree
Description	Particularly WMDM plug-in can detect even devices that users don't want to see in MM (for example a digical camera connected to an USB port). We should let user prevent showing such devices. An option is to add a column 'Show' with checkboxes to Tools\|Options\|Portable devices, it would be checked by default but user could uncheck these items and thus prevent showing such devices in the tree.
