Summary0020137: Some Formats are considered incompatible even they are compatible on Device
Description1. Some Formats are considered incompatible even they are compatible on Device

User supplied M4A file that have FourCC 'mp42' and is VBR 356kbits that should be playable by any device even on default Conversion settings

I also HEX changed FourCC 'mp42' -> 'isom' and file played normally in both MM5 and MMA on Moto X4 Android 9

Also like user I can confirm that MM5 force Conversion to MP3 on Sync.

2. After confirming both files play on Device (Manual copy of physical files to device) I tried to select format as support and could not fin neither MP42 not ISOM FourCC in Audio listing.

NOTE: Both M4A file supplied on FTP, along with exported Device profile.

Problem is visible on the screenshots, the profile defines as supported only M4A till 160kbps and the files have a lot higher bitrate.
Assigning to Ludek to fix, I am not sure, why there is such condition, I did not find any bitrate limits for Android devices. I think we could remove this condition (i.e. set MaxAudioBitrate to 0)
